· ABSOLUTELY SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

· No pets.

· Fire Marshall prohibits open flames in lodging rooms (no candles).

· On-site parking is limited to 4 spaces.

· Use of property is for registered guests only.

· At the time of booking, 2 night deposit (plus tax) is due (non-refundable).

· Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

· Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will be refunded if reservation is rebooked.

· Damage deposit - $1,000.00 due by check 2 weeks prior to arrival.

· Housekeeping fee waived on longer stays.

· Damage deposit less damages will be returned in 15 days after departure.
